  1. Order Processing Time All orders are typically processed, packed, and quality-inspected within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your package has shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking link.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We proudly offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 Business Days

  • Cost: FREE

Delivery times are estimated from the ship date, not the order date. While the vast majority of orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days, occasional carrier delays can extend transit times slightly.

  1. Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is generated. Please allow 2 to 3 days for carrier tracking information to update online after dispatch. You can also track your package directly through our dedicated Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

  2. Shipping Address & Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, notify us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@pawpanyon.com. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.

  3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, cracked, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged unit. We will immediately arrange a free replacement.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, porch areas, or your local carrier branch first. If it cannot be located, contact our support team and we will assist with the carrier claim.
